Amazing motel and staff they accommodated me and my kids while we were in between living arrangements. The rooms are clean and neat and the housekeeping staff is so sweet. I love this hotel. I wish I could stay there forever.
Everything here is emasculate the prices are great. The rooms actually match the name of the hotel. This is more luxurious than standard hotel chains. The rooms are sound proof you can’t hear anything from the outside of you are standing outside the room.
The location is great near a lot of restaurants, Walmart etc. The parking lot is well lit so it feels very safe. The rooms are very clean and Sam who I believe is the manager is very nice. He was delightful and made my stay very comfortable. The only negative I have is none of the housekeeping staff speaks English & they kept knocking & opening my door to clean my room while I had a do not disturb sign on the door.
The guy the works overnight he’s really nice , he has very nice customer service every motel around Katy couldn’t help get what I wanted but Mr Patel did ! Great guy you guys got a new customer
Platinum Inn is a great alternative if you’re in-between living arrangements. The staff has been very accommodating, and housekeeping is always friendly and keeps the place clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is some of the guests—cigarette and marijuana smoke sometimes drifts into my room, which can be unpleasant. I wish management had a system in place, like in Las Vegas, where background checks are required before people can stay. It would help weed out a lot of issues. Other than that, I feel safe here and haven’t had any major problems. My only other minor concern is that some guests don’t park considerately. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and a reliable place to stay.
